Ccs cases vs step 3 reddit. I’ve been studying for step 3 with uworld and with 28% down I’m scoring 73% average. However, I don't think the grading is accurate at all. I've been using CCS cases to study for my Step 3 clinical portion, and got used to the style and format. All of my patients on the real thing were up to date on vaccinations. com and sometimes I still feel like I'm running out of time, especially on the 10 minute cases. Is it okay to skip uw ccs cases and do ccs cases. If this is throwing you off, brace yourself for the real deal where cases end early and it all goes by so so fast. CCSCases. BUT I’m failing miserably in the CCS cases… does anyone have any good resource or algorithm to get through the test? How bad is the lag when doing the CCS cases on the real exam? There's no lag on CCScases. I just noticed that Uworld CCS has the interactive cases today (I didn't even catch it, I thought there were just the text cases) and I decided to do some sessions.
